Transition of care information for patients of Dr. Kevin Brown and Dr. David Hahn

On April 11th Dr. Brown and Dr. Hahn closed their clinic based practices and are now hospitalists at Enloe Hospital.  This web site has been created to aid patients with this change. It will continue to be updated and changed to meet the needs of our patients during this time.
